Walk Into Your Season of Increase!

March 13, 2017

“The Lord shall increase you more and more.”
Psalm 115:14

In recent weeks we have been exploring what it means to grow and mature as children of God in the Kingdom—as sons and heirs of the Most High King.

I have been uncovering for you the incredible power, grace, blessing, favor, and wisdom available to those who mature spiritually.

Join me for our next 4 Points Broadcast this Thursday at 7pm EST!

We have been excavating what it means to “grow up in all things,” how to partake in God’s plan for our continuing growth, and the tremendous results we can expect from that ongoing process.

God is in the business of increase!

There is always more that God wants to do in your life—both for you and through you.

“I will bless you. I will make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others.”
Genesis 12:2 NCV

This is a promise.

Let me ask you: “How famous are you for being a blessing to others?”

I want to remind you today that if you’re playing small, you’re doing the world a great disservice.

The world needs you to mature into all God has created you to become—to grow into your place of favor and influence.

God’s will is to increase you more and more…and more!

Why?

So that you and those you influence can build capacity to affect positive change.

But you have to do your part. You have to make the choice to either stay as you are, or to grow.

When you make a decision to align your identity with who God says you are in Him—the Holy Spirit will meet you there.

He will endow you with the grace you need to succeed even as you grow in the knowledge of Him. (See Peter 3:18.)

“God [keeps] everything growing.”
1 Corinthians 3:6 NIV

The word grow is one of the most powerful words in the English language.

As a result of this one word, we are able to “flourish, develop, expand, increase” and become more than we were before—all due to the resurrection power at work in us. (See Ephesians 1:19.)

It is a word that implies the process of creation, cultivation, capacity building, and the miracle of transformation—of all things being made new.

“Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”
2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT

Moreover, God promises to complete this good work He has begun in you! (See Philippians 1:6.)

He is always at work maturing and growing you and enabling you to strive for more in Him—compelling you to press toward that higher calling. (See Philippians 3:14.)

As you grow in Him, God wants to grow you into a wealthy and pleasant place. A place He has prepared and cultivated for you.

“The Lord God made to grow out of the ground every tree that is pleasing to the eyes and good.”
Genesis 2:9 NLV

From the dawn of creation, God caused only good things to grow.

I decree and declare that as you grow in the things of God, that only good is going to come to you!

I decree that God is increasing you into new realms of joy, peace, wholeness, and prosperity.

I decree that you are the head and not the tail—you are above and not beneath—that God’s hand is upon you elevating you into positions of favor and influence.

I decree that God will open wide the gates of promotion, reveal keys to unprecedented success, and make known to you pleasures forevermore.

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Psalm 16:11 ESV

I decree and declare that 365 days from today’s date, everything in your life will have changed for the best.

And therefore, this day will be the worst day you will ever have going forward in your life!

Remember, when you change, everyone and everything around you must accommodate that change. So set your mind on change and growth: Think for a change! Speak for a change!

If you want things to change, you must change.

Today, I challenge you to boldly walk into your season of increase!
